Cost per use

Cost per use refers to the contracting of services in which only paid for the consumption of the same, getting many of the costs that were fixed become variables.

Currently this trend is very present in IT service companies, with the precedent, and which serves as an example to the definition, companies selling photocopying machines that charged x cents per copy.

It is believed that this trend will be implemented in other sectors in view of the current importance of not having too much business structures, outsourcing and "variabilizing" the more the better.
