San Miguel in Latre

The parish church of San Miguel in Latre, municipality of Caldearenas in the province of Huesca, Aragon, is a church of the early twelfth century. Description

The Romanesque church consists of a nave and preserves the original apse. The tower, on the other hand, is an addition of later times. The brackets that support the cover of the apse are carved with heads and other adornments.

The church includes three baroque altars. In the Greater Altar the archangel Michael is shown killing the dragon.
