WHB (radio station)

WHB is a US radio station. The commercial Clear Channel station sends its sports program from Kansas City. The studios are located in Overland Park, Kansas, as is the company headquarters of the parent company, Union Broadcasting.

WHB was founded by Sam Adair and John T. Schilling and went into operation on 10 April 1922 to 833 kHz. The station is Kansas' second-time radio station.

The five directional transmit antennas are located along the Interstate Highway 435 in Northland. It is sent as a Class A station with 50 kW to 810 kHz. Single-level Edit source text
