Marcos Libedinsky

Marcos Libedinsky Tschorne (Santiago, Chile, February 13, 1933) lawyer and Chilean judge. He was Minister of the Supreme Court of Chile and its President between 2004 and 2006.

Son of Isidoro Libedinsky and Aida Tschorne, studied at the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile. He was a member of the Santiago Court of Appeals. Training and trajectory

In 1993 he was appointed Minister of the Supreme Court of Chile by President Patricio Aylwin. He was also Minister of the Constitutional Court for several years. In mid-2008 he had to leave the maximum court because of the legal retirement age (75 years)
