Jimmy Myers
Jimmy Myers, later known as Jim Myers, is an American country and rockabilly musician.
Myers began his career in Detroit, Michigan at the Fortune Records label in 1951. There he released his first single along with his Happy Highway Gang. In June 1952 followed the second single Ding Dong Mama From Tennessee, which was recorded with George Adams.
Myers disappeared from the scene for eight years, but returned to Fortune in 1960 as a Rockabilly musician. Pretty Baby Rock / J & D Rock was released in summer 1960, followed by Oh! Baby baby in the same year. Myers also made some unpublished recordings at Superrecords.
