The flag of Sealand consists of a cloth that is divided into two halves by one of its diagonals (the ascending from the side closest to the mast). The upper half is red and the lower half is black with a white stripe. The white strip has on the diagonal ascending one of its sides.
Sealand is a self-declared but not internationally recognized state that proclaims as its territory Roughs Tower, an old marine platform built by the Royal Navy in 1952 and territorial waters within a radius of 12 nautical miles.
