Advisory Group on Customs Issues

On January 7, 2005, by Resolution No. 002-2005-SUNAT, the Consultative Group on Customs Issues was created. According to this resolution, its objective is to be an instance for coordination and dialogue between the National Superintendency of Tax Administration (SUNAT) and the foreign trade guilds. This was created during the management of Dr. Nahil Hirsh Carrillo as National Superintendent of SUNAT.
