The peasant revolt in Flanders 1323 - 1328, also known as the uprising in Flanders Maritime, was a popular revolt, many of which took place in the late European Middle Ages. Causes

Finally, after the victory of the French king, Philip VI of France, came to the aid of Count Louis I of Flanders, on the rebels at the battle of Cassel in 1328 the revolt was completely defeated.
