Félix Tiemtarboum (* 20 November 1935 in Donsin, Ivory Coast, today Burkina Faso, 9 June 2013 in Paris) was a military, politician and sports officer from the West African state of Burkina Faso.
After studying mathematics, physics and chemistry in Paris, he completed a military career in the armed forces of Obervoltas, today's Burkina Faso. He obtained the rank of a colonel (Colonel). From 1971 to 1976 he was Minister for Youth and Sport, from 1980 to 1982 Foreign Minister under President Saye Zerbo. After his fall, he became a footballer, president of the Fédération Burkinabè de Football association and the US Ouagadougou association.
