Bartolomeo Zaccaria
Bartolomeo (or Bartolommeo) Zaccaria (deceased in 1334) was the first husband of Guglielma Pallavicini (married in 1327) and therefore Marquess of Bodonitsa for his right. He also took the title of Lord of Damala during his lifetime. As the eldest son of the "King" Martino, born in the Genoese Zaccaria family that ruled Chios, Bartolomeo was an appropriate match for the heiress Guglielma Pallavicini, who co-ruled with his mother, Maria dalle Carceri, and his stepfather, Andrea Cornaro. In his youth, he was forced to help raise the ransom of his captured father.
During the Catalan invasion, Bartolomeo was captured and taken to a Sicilian prison. He was only released by supplication of Pope John XXII.
He was still young when he died, although he left a daughter named Marulla. Sources
