Tatiana Pávlovna Fírova (Russian: Татьяна Павловна Фирова born October 10, 1982 in Sarov) is a Russian sprint athlete. Firova won the silver medal in the 4 x 400 m relay at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympics. Two years later, at the Indoor World Championships in Doha 2010, she finished second behind the American athlete Debbie Dunn in the 400 meters, obtaining its first silver medal in the individual world. She won the 400 meters at the European Championships in Barcelona in the summer of 2010.
