Dick y Mac McDonald

Maurice McDonald (November 26, 1902 - December 11, 1971), better known as Mac, and Richard J. McDonald (February 16, 1909 - † July 14, 1998), better known as Dick, were two brothers from Manchester (New Hampshire, USA) who in 1940 created McDonald's in California.

In 1961 they sold the brand to Ray Kroc, a shaker machine entrepreneur, who reinstated it in April of that year in Illinois (United States). The Mcdonalds brothers had set out to be billionaires before they turned 50. They sold the company for 2.7 million dollars.
