Andrzej Wasilewski

Andrzej Władysław Wasilewski (* 1939 in Kraków) is a Polish environmentalist and emeritus professor at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. His areas of research include the environmental and nature protection law of Poland. He worked at the Institute of Administrative Law (Polish: Wydział Prawa i Administracji) at the Chair of Nature Protection Law (Polish Katedra Prawa Ochrony Środowiska) and the Supreme Court of Poland. He has been a guest researcher and speaker at the University of Augsburg, and took part in the Second Warnemünder Naturschutzrechtstag (19th and 20th September 1996).
