Philip E. R. Dickmans (born January 4, 1963 in Herk-de-Stad, Limburg, Belgium) is a Belgian clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Miracema do Tocantins in Brazil. Edit LifeQualtext

Philip Dickmans was ordained a deacon on 4 April 1990. He received the sacrament of priest ordination on 30 September 1990 by Bishop of Hasselt, Paul Schruers.

On 21 May 2008 Pope Benedict XVI appointed him to the Bishop of Miracema do Tocantins. The archbishop of Palmas, Alberto Taveira Corrêa, donated the bishop's ordination to him on the 15th of August of that year; Co-conspirators were Bishop of Porto Nacional, Geraldo Vieira Gusmão, and Bishop of Hasselt, Patrick Hoogmartens, and Archbishop of Poznań, Stanisław Gądecki.
