Tavaris Tate (born December 21, 1990) is a US-American sprinter specialized in the 400 meter run.

The Pan-African vice-champion of 2009 achieved his first big success in the adult area, when he won the 4 times 400 meter relay in Doha Gold at the 2010 World Indoor Championships.
