José Eugenio Soriano García

José Eugenio Soriano García (Malaga, 1951) is a lawyer and Professor of Spanish law. Biography

After graduating in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1973 and doctorate by the University of Bologna, in 1975, he acceded to the Chair of Administrative Law of the University of Extremadura, in 1987. He remained in it until 2008 in which is transferred to the Complutense University, currently holding the position of Director of the Department of Administrative Law of the University. During the years 1991 to 1995, was Vocal of Court of Defense of the Competition. He has been a member of the Committee of Experts for the elaboration of the Statute of Autonomy of Extremadura. Author of numerous legal monographs, his "Public Competition Law" and his works on Urban Law and European Law are especially noteworthy. Work (selection)
