Bullfighting Museum
"The unfortunate death of Pepe-Hillo in the square of Madrid", engraving number 33 of the series The tauromaquia, conserved in the Bullfighting Museum of Madrid. For other uses of this term, see Bullfighting Museum (disambiguation).
A bullfighting museum is a museum specialized in everything related to bullfighting.
Exhibitions and contents In the bullfighting museums, not only objects used in bullfighting parties (bullfights, bullfights, etc.) are exhibited, but also objects decorated with bull motifs (furniture, ceramics) or simply works of art that represent themes or bullfighting scenes (like paintings or sculptures). For example, the Bullfighting Museum of Madrid preserves and exposes the complete series of the engravings La tauromaquia, by Goya. Notes
