Aniceto Codesal

Aniceto Codesal Lozano (Oleiros, 30 December 1919 - Lugo, April 29, 2008) was an economist, entrepreneur and conservative politician in Spain. Biography

Expert and mercantile intendant, he studied doctorate at the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of the University of Santiago de Compostela. He was professor and director of the University School of Business Studies of Lugo. Member of Popular Alliance (AP), was councilman of the City council of Lugo (1979-1981 and 1987-1991). In the general elections of 1982, was chosen deputy to the Congress in the circumscription of Lugo by Democratic Coalition. In the following electoral convocation, 1986, was chosen senator by the same circumscription, renewing the mandate in the high house in the elections of 1989. He occupied during a time the provincial presidency lucense of Popular Party, successor of Popular Alliance.
