Robert Urbanek (born April 29, 1987 in Łęczyca) is a Polish disc designer.

In 2012, he finished sixth at the European Athletics Championships in Helsinki and qualified for the Olympic Games in London.

He finished sixth at the 2013 World Athletics Championships in Moscow. In 2014 he won bronze at the European Championships in Zurich and finished sixth at the Athletics Continental Cup in Marrakech.

In the 2015 World Cup in Beijing, he won 65.88 m bronze behind Piotr Małachowski (67.40 m) and Philip Milanov (66.90 m).
