José Ferraz Penelas

José Ferraz Penelas (? - Valencia, January 26, 1959) was a lawyer, owner and Spanish politician. He was mayor of Valencia from 1915 to 1916 and deputy to Cortes Españolas by the district of Chelva in the lists of the Conservative Party in the Spanish general elections of 1918, 1919 and 1920. He had the nobility title of IV Marquess of Amposta (1956-1959) .

Together with José Ferraz Turmo, he wrote the book Biografía del Exmo.Sr. D. José Ferraz and Cornel (Typography La Editorial, 1915).
