Eyjólfur Thordarson
Eyjólfur grai Þórðarson (dubbed the Gray, 940 - 1003) was a Viking and goði leader of Hvammur and Hvammissveit, Dalasýsla in Iceland, son of Þórðr Óleifsson and therefore grandson of Olaf Feilan. sagas accepted the Christianity in the year 1000 to the advanced age and it was that executed Gísle Súrsson, hero and outlaw, according to the saga of Gálle Súrssonar. It also appears in several Nordic sagas: saga Eyrbyggja, saga of Laxdœla, and saga Þórðar hreðu.
