Ceralith
Ceralith refers to a building material consisting of rye bread, rye bran, whey and two mineral components (hydrated lime, water glass). Ceralith is an insulating material suitable for pouring and blowing. It is diffused and is said to be resistant to rodents, molds and insects, but has also caused problems in individual cases when moisture has entered the insulation.
Ceralith and its manufacturing technology have been developed by the Institute for Grain Processing (IGV). Edit source text
