Lexx

LEXX is a science fiction television series that tells the adventures of a group of disparate members aboard the LEXX spacecraft, "the most powerful destructive force of the two universes," from which the series takes its name. LEXX is a living spaceship, shaped like a dragonfly. It is capable of destroying planets with ease, and uses debris as fuel, literally eats them.

The series is a Canadian and German co-production, with additional funds from Channel Five in England. Since it was not originally made for US cable television, it includes more sexual content (and in later chapters, nudity).

LEXX was co-produced by Salter Street Films, later absorbed by Alliance Atlantis.

The series was filmed in Berlin (Germany), Halifax (Nova Scotia, Canada), Iceland, Bangkok, (Thailand) and Namibia.
