Turucuto, a literary magazine, created in San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina, published its first issue in November 2009, under ISBN 978-987-05-7713-3. 123 pages. The magazine was declared of Cultural Interest by the Cultural Entity of Tucumán, considering that Aturucuto magazine will provide a means of expression to writers, Resolution No. 3227/01 (ECT), File No. 4611 / 232- T-2009. Also declared of municipal interest by the Municipality of the City of San Miguel de Tucumán. Declared of tourist interest by the Entity Autarchic Tucumán Tourism, Resolution No. 326 / 9- (EATT) File No. 2821/460-C-09, being the work of Tucuman writers and published in the province. They directed the first edition: Carlos Civili Mir, Mercedes Chenaut, Carlos Sánchez. The publication appeared in the literary workshop Animarse a Gritar, directed by Professor Mercedes Chenaut, at the initiative of Carlos Sánchez.
In his first issue, under the subtitle "Chaotic Anthology" presented stories, poems, micro-stories, various texts and artistic news.
