Rheumatology
Rheumatology is a scientific journal published by Elsevier-Verlag. The magazine was founded in 1952 under the name Annals of Physical Medicine. In 1970 a change took place in Rheumatology and Physical Medicine, which followed in 1972 the change in Rheumatology and Rehabilitation. In 1983 the magazine was renamed the British Journal of Rheumatology and in 1999 the change was made to the currently valid names. The journal is the official publication organ of the British Society for Rheumatology and is published with twelve editions a year. Work is being published on rheumatic diseases.
The Impact Factor of the journal was 4.475 in 2014. According to the statistics of the ISI Web of Knowledge the journal is ranked sixth in 32 rheumatologists in the rheumatology category. Single-level Edit source text
