100BaseVG-Any LAN

100VG (Voice Grade) is a technology that combines elements of Ethernet and Token Ring Ring, developed by HP, the IEEE currently debug in its version 802.12, standard to transmit 802.3 and 802.20 frames.

The minimum transmission speed is 10 Mbps in category 3 UTP cable and optical fiber, priority access method on demand.

This topology requires its own hubs and network cards, the length of the cable connecting the devices to the hub should not exceed 50 m.
