José Eudoro Robert (Corrientes, March 10, 1859 - ibidem, March 20, 1940) was a politician, physician and Argentine lawyer who held the position of Governor of the province of Corrientes between 1921 and 1925. < p> Biography
He lived in Buenos Aires, where he studied medicine at the University of Buenos Aires, married Eugenia Armand, with whom he had five children.
Joined the Liberal Party of Corrientes. During the crisis generated in the province after the Revolution of the Park, in 1891, the governor Antonio Ignacio Ruiz designates him as intervener of Santo Tomé before the uprising of opponents of the government in that town. His designation briefly appeased the conflict. He was elected National Representative twice in 1890 and 1900.
He was a member of the Superior Court of Corrientes.
He was elected Governor in 1921, with Pedro Diaz Colodrero, who belonged to the Corinthian Autonomist Party. His residence in the city of Corrientes was known at the moment as Castle or Chalet Robert, work of the Italian architect Juan Coll, built approximately in 1890, with neorománicas characteristics.
