Donatas Stakišaitis

Donatas Stakišaitis (born February 24, 1956 in Kapsukas) is a Lithuanian pediatrician and professor. Edit LifeQualtext

After completing his Abitur in 1974 at the Second Mittelschule Kapsukas, he completed his studies in medicine at the Kauno medicinos institutas in 1981. From 1981 to 1985 he worked as a pediatrician at the hospital in the municipality of Šakiai. From 1985 to 1986 he was a clinical ordinator at Vilniaus universitetas (VU). From 1986 to 1988 he completed the aspirant and promoted in medicine at the VU. From 1988 to 1992, he habilitated at the Cardiology Institute of Kauno medicinos akademija. From 1992 to 1994 he worked as a research assistant at the Anesthesiology Reanimatology Clinic of the Medical Faculty of the VU. From 1998 to 2003 he was a senior research assistant at the Center for Pediatrics of the VU. Since 2003 he has been a research associate at the Institute of Oncology of the VU and since 2005 Professor at the Department of Biology of the Law Faculty of the Mycologist Romerio universitetas
