Recommendations for the installation of main roads
The recommendations for the installation of main roads (EAHV) were a technical rule for the planning and construction of main roads of the road category B III, C I-III, D I-III and E I-III RAS-N).
The EAHV was published by the research company for road and traffic in Cologne and replaced by the guidelines for the construction of urban roads (RASt) in 2007. The RASt also solved the EAE (recommendations for the construction of development roads). Edit content source text
The content of the EAHV is divided into five sections. The scope defines the scope. Section One provides information on the general objectives and principles. The second section explains the main traffic routes in a general context. Section three deals with the basics for the design of road areas; a detailed consideration of the road surface throws is then given in section four. The last section presents design and design examples. Edit source text Weblinks Edit sourcetext
