Fred Ranker

Fred Ranker (born April 8, 1930 in Neunkirchen, Germany, July 19, 2009) was a German politician of the SPD.

Ranker was a professional druggist and merchant. From 11 April 1985 until the end of the election period 1987 he was a member of the German Bundestag. Ranker moved on to the departed deputy Hajo Hoffmann, who had changed as an economic minister to the new state government under Oskar Lafontaine.
