The coca amb tonyina (in Spanish: coca con toñina) is a typical coca from the alicantina kitchen, closely related to the bonfires of San Juan in the province. The main ingredient of coca is the tuna that participates in its filling. It is usually in the form of a rectangular pie, in portions. Usually eat the days of the party in the street, either in a raco, a tent or a terrace.
