Mark Hylton (Mark David Hylton, born September 24, 1976 in Slough) is a former British sprinter, whose special course was the 400-meter run.

The U23 European champion of 1997 had his biggest single succession in the hall, where he became English champion from 1995 to 1997. In 2001 he became fifth in the World Championships in Indoor Athletics Hall in Lisbon.

In the four-time 400-meter relay he joined the British team in the World Championships in 1995, which came fourth. He won a silver medal at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and at the World Championships in Athens in 1997, although he was only used in both tournaments.

In 1998, he won silver with the British relay at the Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur and Silver with the British relay at the European Athletics Championships in Budapest. In 2002 he won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester, where he was part of the English Quartet.
