Lessing-district school

The Lessing district school in Hamburg-Harburg is a district school with integrated grammar school.

The Lessing Building Gymnasium was founded in 1973 and was located in the building of the former girls' lyceum on the Schwarzenberg from the year 1906 after several relocations. This art nouveau building stands in the 1950s despite considerable bomb damage from the Second World War and the unrealistic reconstruction Years. Since 1995, the building has been restored and adapted to today's needs. This process was not fully completed in 2005. In this way the natural sciences are to be enlarged and the facilities modernized.

In 2010, the Lowering School was founded by the merger of the Hanhoopsfeld and Sinstorf primary and secondary schools with the Lessing Building Gymnasium. At the Sinstorf location, classes are now being held for the 5th to 8th grade, while the 9th and 10th classes are taught in Hanhoopsfeld, and the Soldiery Cemetery site is used for the prepress and the advanced level. The pre-primary is intended to enable pupils with an above-average middle degree to attain the general university entrance qualification (Abitur). There the students are prepared for teaching in the advanced level. The instruction in the upper level takes place across the school with the district school Ehestorfer Weg. The graduation to be obtained is achieved by successful completion of the Hamburg Central Committee. Weblinks Edit sourcetext
