Ilona people

Ilona Volk (* 17 March 1963 in Willich) is a German politician of Bündnis 90 / The Greens and currently mayor of Schifferstadt. She is the first green mayor of a municipality in the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Edit LifeQualtext

Ilona Volk grew up in the Willich district of Lower-Rhine-Westphalia, where she completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade buyer. In 1990, she moved to Schifferstadt, where she worked as a bakery saleswoman. People are divorced and have two children. Edit policytext

For the Greens, Volk was elected to the city council of Schifferstadt in 1990, where he was the party chairman of their party.
