The Avenir (in Ladino, El Futuro or El Porvenir) was a Judaeo-Spanish language newspaper published in Thessaloniki, Ottoman Empire (now Greece) at the beginning of the 20th century. The newspaper circulated from 1900 to 1918, with articles related to the life of the Jewish community of Thessaloniki, the economic development of the Ottoman Empire and Jewish literature, all under a Zionist approach. It circulated twice a week, After the Wars of the Balkans in 1913, happened to be called New The Avenir.
