ACRE
ACRE is an American industrial holding company. It consists of the companies Vanderbilt International and Mercury Security, which produce electronic locking systems.
In 2012, Joseph Grillo and Will West founded the investment vehicle ACRE. In September 2012 the first company was bought by the Ingersoll Rand business unit, which was subsequently renamed Vanderbilt Industries. Mercury Security joined in May 2013. In June 2015, Vanderbilt took over Siemens Building Technologies' "Security Products".
