Father André Coindre was the founder of Fratres a Sacratissimo Corde Iesu (Brothers of the Sacred Heart), a Roman Catholic religious order dedicated mainly to primary and secondary education; the brotherhood is also a missionary society.
The Brothers of the Sacred Heart named one of their Coindre Hall schools in honor of the founder of the order. The school ran in Huntington, New York, from 1939 until 1971.
