Robyn Miller
Robyn Charles Miller (born August 6, 1966, in Dallas, Texas) is the co-founder of Cyan Worlds (originally called Cyan) with his brother Rand Miller. After selling several children's adventures, the brothers finally hit the spot with the hit game Myst, which was ranked number one in the best-selling games of the 1990s. The brothers also acted in several parts of the game, with Robyn as Sirrus and Rand as Achenar and Atrus.
After finishing Riven, the sequel to Myst, and having worked 10 years in the video game industry, Miller left Cyan to focus on non-gaming issues. Much later, he formed a small production company called "Land of Point".
Miller is known for his contributions in areas of direction and design, especially in the area of aesthetic designs, as seen in the universe look and feel of Myst and Riven. Richard Vander Wende was the co-director and co-designer of Riven, and was also responsible for orchestrating the visual language of the worlds.
Meanwhile, in Cyan, Miller composed the soundtracks of Myst and Riven. Alex Miller, son of Robyn, is also an active musician who has composed music under the pseudonym of Rabbit and Poe. Discography
