Joachim Christoph of the Lühe
Joachim Christoph von der Lühe (* 18 December 1696 at Gut Schulenberg near Marlow; † 23 September 1756 in Haderslev) was a royal Danish official.
His parents were Jakob Friedrich von der Lühe from the Haus Schulenberg school in Mecklenburg and Anna Fredrike von Bibow. His brothers Adolph Andreas and Hartnack Otto were also Danish officials.
He went to Danish court services in 1726 and became chamberlain of the Crown Princess. In 1734 he became court-master Sophie Karoline Countess of Ostfriesland, a sister of the Danish Queen Sophie Magdalene. In 1738 he received the Danebrog Order.
In 1740 he was appointed official in Haderslev, 1752 he became also in Aabenraa and in the office Løgumkloster. He died unmarried on 23 September 1756 in Haderslev. Weblinks Edit sourcetext Edit source text
