Franz Müllner (born September 8, 1878 in Linz, Austria, April 11, 1955 in Bad Ischl, Upper Austria) was the chief financial councilor, court counselor and Austrian politician of the Christian Social Party (CSP)

After attending the Volksschule he went to a grammar school and became a financial officer. In 1936 he became the administrative director of the tax administration in Linz. He was retired in 1938.
