Upper cerebellar veins

The superior cerebellar veins ([TA]: superior venae cerebelli) are rather large veins coming from the lower surface of the cerebellum. They flow into the straight sinus and into the great vein of Galen, or into the superior transverse and petrous sinuses. Journey

They pass, in part, forward and medially, through the upper vermis, towards the end of the right sinus and the internal cerebral veins, and partly laterally, towards the transverse sinus and superior petrous sinus.
