Norman's Law

Norman's Law is an ice-bound fortress on a 285-meter-high peak at the eastern end of the Ochil Hills. It is located at Dunbog near the Firth of Tay, eight kilometers east of Newburgh in the county of Fife, Scotland

The rocky top of the hill is surrounded by an oval wall measuring approximately 50.0 × 30.0 m. The complex has its access on the northeast side. Today's shape is probably the last phase of the hillside mounting. The remains of round huts and farm terraces are visible in the summit area. On the lower terraces are the remnants of walls, which probably belong to the fortification. Edit source text Edit source text
