Li Shêng-t'ien

Li Sheng-t'ien (traditional Chinese: 李聖 天; simplified Chinese: 李圣 天; Wade-Giles: Li Shêng-t'ien; pinyin: Lǐ Shèngtiān; -966) or Viśa 'Saṃbhava (his name in the language of saces ), was the king of Jotan, ruled between 912 and 966. The name of era was given during his reign is T'ung-ch'ing (同慶, lit. "to celebrate together").
He married the second daughter of Ts'ao I-chin (曹 議 金), who was the first governor of the Tsui's Kui-i (歸義軍) army. And Ts'ao Yen-lu (曹延祿), the grandson of Ts'ao I-chin, married the third daughter of Li Sheng-t'ien.
