Sleazey Catz
Sleazey Catz was a Swiss party rock band based in Frauenfeld, which was founded in 1992 and was dissolved in 2003.
The band was mainly known for its rock version of the folk song S'Vogellisi and its own composition De Walserblues. In the course of their careers, they appeared on hundreds of occasions throughout Switzerland. They were also the official houseband of the experience gastronomy villa Wahnsinn. Sleazey Catz consisted of singer Marcel Brändli, guitarist Mike Haller, bassist Thomy Sprenger and drummer Andi Kurz. In 1999 Markus Bernhard took over the drums and remained true to the band. After several keyboardists, Roly Aeschlimann joined the team in 1999, and they were the first to finish.
On 24th May 2013 the band gave a revival concert after a ten-year break at Villa Wahnsinn in St. Gallen. The ensemble consisted of Marcel Brändli (vocals), Nataly Bernhard, Madelaine Rascher (chorus), Markus Bernhard (drums), Tommy Sprenger (bass), Mike Haller (guitar) and Roland Aeschlimann (keyboard).
