Neringa Karosaitė won the national junior championships for the first time in 1993. Eight more titles followed until 1999. Already in 1997 she was successful for the first time in adults. She won the Baltic Badminton Championships in 1998. In 2000, she won the Lithuanian International and in 2001 she took part in the Badminton World Championships.
