Italian Volleyball League


The Italian Volleyball League is the main competition among Italy's volleyball teams. The tournament consists of leagues (divisions) interconnected with each other, whose highest category is the SuperLega. At the end of each season and depending on the results obtained, the participating teams can ascend or descend from division. This is one of the major leagues in Europe and the world.

The tournament of the first two divisions (A1 and A2) is organized by Lega Pallavolo Femminile clubs of the Serie A consortium affiliated to the Italian Volleyball Federation (FIPAV) and occupies its champion of the Champions League of Europe. / p>
