El Terrero is an ejido in the municipality of Minatitlán, Colima, Mexico. El Terreno is located in Cerro Grande that forms part of the Manantlán Biosphere Reserve 90 minutes from the city of Colima and at about 2200 meters high. To visit it you have to travel 45 minutes along the Colima-Minatitlán road, and then travel about 16 km of paved and paved road, completed in mid-2014.
The community has cabins (El Ocotillo) for tourism, a country restaurant, two recreational areas (Los Tocones and Los Cipresitos), health center and a sports court.
