Alfred Heinz Kettmann
Alfred Heinz Kettmann (born March 17, 1912 in Annaberg, Erzgebirge, Germany, December 28, 2010 in Crailsheim) was a German painter and graphic artist.
After completing his Abitur, Alfred Heinz Kettmann began his education as a graphic artist in 1932 and worked as a graphic designer in Chemnitz and Munich until 1938. From 1938 to 1945 he worked as an industrial engraver in Brandenburg (Havel) and in Silesia. After the war he settled down as a freelance artist in Bamberg. From 1950 to 1979 he taught at the Volkshochschule.
