José Néstor Meija

José Néstor Meija (Argentina, 1947) was an Argentine footballer who played as a midfielder. Trajectory

He played in San Martin (1963), then moved to Hurricane (1969) and later was part of La Barredora, the well-known team at Gimnasia y Esgrima La Plata. It was sold to Cerro Porteño (Paraguay), and passed through San Lorenzo de Mar del Plata, Once Caldas (Colombia) and Central Norte (Tucumán). He retired at age 32. He is currently an ambulance driver for the Provincial Health System of Tucumán (Siprosa)
