José Ulisses de Pina Correia e Silva (born June 4, 1962 in Praia) is a Cape Verdean economist and politician. He is chairman of the party Movimento para a Democracia, and after winning the absolute majority in the 2016 parliamentary election, Prime Minister of the Republic of Cape Verde since April of this year.
